Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to keep changes simple. The exact terms depend on the experience — always check the cancellation details shown on each booking.

1. Standard cancellation windows

  • More than 7 days before departure: full refund, minus any non-refundable third-party fees.
  • 3–7 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 48 hours before departure: generally non-refundable.

2. Experience-specific terms

Some cruises, peak-season tours and custom trips have their own cancellation terms. Where they differ from the standard windows above, the terms shown on that experience at the time of booking apply.

3. How to cancel or change

To cancel or change a booking, reply to your confirmation email or contact us at hello@goviettours.com. Date changes are subject to availability and any price difference.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.

5. Cancellations & changes by us

If we cancel an experience due to weather, safety or operational reasons, you'll be offered an alternative date, a comparable experience, or a full refund of the amount paid to us.

6. No-shows

Failure to arrive at the agreed time and place without prior notice is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
