By accessing the GoVietTours website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

A booking is a request to purchase the selected experience. A contract is formed only once we issue a written confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details at the time of booking.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required to confirm most bookings. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before a booking is confirmed.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Ensure you hold valid travel documents, visas and insurance.
• Arrive at the agreed time and place for each experience.
• Follow the lawful instructions of guides, crew and operators.
• Disclose any medical or accessibility needs in advance.

Occasionally we may need to change or cancel an experience due to weather, safety, operational reasons or events beyond our control. Where this happens, we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund in line with our policies.

To the extent permitted by law, GoVietTours is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
