Pickup is 7:15-7:45 AM from your hotel or the train station in Dong Hoi city, or around 8:30 AM in Phong Nha village. The tour returns to Phong Nha town around 4:30-4:45 PM and to Dong Hoi by 5:30-5:45 PM, with drop-off at your hotel, the train station, or the airport; pickups outside the standard area carry a surcharge.
