No. The Sapa Alpine Coaster at Ban Mong Amusement Park is an optional, self-guided activity and is paid separately on site. Cat Cat Village and Moana Sapa admission are included in the tour price.
There are two departures: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 2:00 PM-6:00 PM. You're picked up from your Sapa hotel, or you can meet the group in the courtyard in front of the Sapa Stone Church at 7:55 AM or 1:55 PM; the tour ends back at the Stone Church at 12:00 or 6:00 PM, where you arrange drop-off with the driver.
