No. Admission to the Fansipan attractions (monorail, cable car, and summit funicular - 1,220,000 VND total) and the Rong May Glass Bridge (500,000 VND) is paid separately on site. You can buy tickets online in advance or at the counter, so bring cash or a card to skip the line.
Plan on about 1,720,000 VND per person on top of the $60 tour price: 1,220,000 VND for the Fansipan combo (Muong Hoa monorail, cable car, and summit funicular) plus 500,000 VND for the Rong May Glass Bridge, both paid on site.
The tour starts at 8:30 AM with hotel pickup in Sapa town (or meet your guide at the Sa Pa Stone Church) and ends around 2:00 PM back at the Stone Church, where you arrange drop-off with the driver. You ride the Muong Hoa monorail, the Fansipan cable car, and the summit funicular with a stop at the observation deck, then visit the Rong May Glass Bridge.
Fansipan (3,143 m) sits in cloud on many days. Because this is a private tour, your guide can adjust the departure time between 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM to chase the clearest window — check conditions before you set off.
