All three options are private and door-to-door — the difference is space and capacity. Passenger limits below are our recommended comfort maximums with luggage, not a tight squeeze.

🛣️ Route & Journey

The trip covers roughly 320 kilometres and takes around 6 hours, depending on traffic and weather. The route runs mostly along the Noi Bai–Lao Cai expressway before climbing the final mountain road into Sapa, with sweeping views of terraced valleys and highland scenery along the way. Your driver is happy to make a short rest or photo stop if you'd like one.

📍 Pick-up & Drop-off

Departure time: Flexible — you choose the time that suits you.
Pick-up: Noi Bai Airport or anywhere in central Hanoi. For airport pick-ups, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals lobby holding a name board.
Drop-off: Anywhere in Sapa town, straight to your hotel door.

💡 Good to Know

To make your journey as smooth as possible, please share your preferred pick-up time when you book so we can arrange the right vehicle and driver for you. Our team is available if your plans change and we'll always do our best to accommodate you.

Changes & cancellations: If your schedule shifts, please let us know at least 2–3 hours before your original pick-up time so we can adjust. Once the driver is already en route to collect you, any change — including pick-up time or vehicle type — is charged at 100% of the fare, as the vehicle has been committed to your trip.
