The trek is rated moderate: about 9 km over roughly 3.5 hours on day 1, just over 5 km on day 2, and about 6 km on day 3, on village trails with some steep, uneven sections. A moderate fitness level is enough, but broken-in shoes with grip are essential; it isn't recommended for pregnant travelers.
